En tant que freelance, j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 tout au long de ma carri\u00e8re dans divers espaces, mais il me manquait toujours quelque chose pour \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019aise \u00e0 100 %. Un jour, j\u2019ai remont\u00e9 mes manches et j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019ouvrir mon propre espace de coworking : Llum.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mais ce bazard dans lequel je me suis mise ne serait pas possible sans l’un de ces sourires qui rechargent les batteries : celui de Lily.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Elle est ma main droite chez Llum<\/strong>, fan de K-pop, Gamer, cr\u00e9ative jusqu\u2019\u00e0 des limites insoup\u00e7onn\u00e9es, et si casani\u00e8re qu\u2019elle a fait de notre coworking son foyer la premi\u00e8re fois qu\u2019elle en a franchi la porte.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nous sommes ouverts depuis 2018 et beaucoup de professionnel.les de diff\u00e9rents domaines sont pass\u00e9.es par ici<\/strong> (design, photographie, personal shoppers, professeur.es de langues, traducteurs, personnes du marketing, ing\u00e9nieurs, vid\u00e9astes, copywriters\u2026) comme vous pouvez le voir, nous avons une atmosph\u00e8re tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9e, mais toujours caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par le fait d\u2019\u00eatre un espace calme et plein de bonnes vibrations. Il y a des gens qui sont avec nous depuis notre ouverture en 2018 et pour une raison\u2026 Personne ne reste l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il n\u2019est pas \u00e0 l\u2019aise.<\/p>\n

Nous avons choisi ce nom pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour toute la lumi\u00e8re que nous avons (Llum veut dire \u00ab lumi\u00e8re \u00bb en valencien) et je pensais que c\u2019\u00e9tait le nom parfait.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Lorsque je l\u2019ai cr\u00e9\u00e9, je ne l\u2019ai pas envisag\u00e9 comme une entrepreneuse, mais comme une freelance.<\/em> Je voulais donc que ce soit un endroit o\u00f9 l\u2019on se sente vraiment \u00e0 l\u2019aise au travail et que les personnes qui viennent y travailler ressentent la m\u00eame chose que moi : du confort, une atmosph\u00e8re agr\u00e9able et tout ce dont on a besoin pour se concentrer sur ses projets.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le r\u00e9sultat est un espace que je trouve beau et des personnes merveilleuses qui le remplissent de vie chaque jour (ainsi que mes plantes).<\/p>\n

Un coworking est un lieu o\u00f9 vous ne vous contentez pas d\u2019aller travailler, vous y trouvez \u00e9galement des personnes qui vous inspirent<\/strong>, qui vous \u00e9coutent lorsque vous passez une journ\u00e9e \u00e9pouvantable et qui vous aident, d\u00e8s qu\u2019elles le peuvent, \u00e0 sortir du blocage mental dans lequel vous pouvez parfois vous trouver.<\/p>\n

Et m\u00eame si cela peut sembler clich\u00e9, lorsque vous interagissez avec d\u2019autres professionnels, qu\u2019ils soient de votre secteur ou dans un autre, des projets communs voient souvent le jour.<\/p>\n

Tout cela \u00e0 l\u2019air tr\u00e8s id\u00e9al, mais c\u2019est vrai, cela cr\u00e9e une atmosph\u00e8re tr\u00e8s cool au final. N\u2019oubliez pas que nous passons la plupart de notre temps au travail, quel meilleur endroit pour le faire que dans un espace comme celui-ci?<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
