If you need more privacy, the 5, 10 and 22-day passes include 2 to 8 hours in the soundproof booth, and you can also book it separately for €10 + VAT per hour.
Except for the single pass (half day or full day), all our passes include 2 to 8 extra hours in the soundproof booth, depending on the rate.
No. The difference between a hot desk and a permanent desk is that with a hot desk, the table you get may change and you can’t leave any belongings on it.
We’ll be happy to welcome you. You’ll find us at Calle Colón 10, door 13, 6th floor (46004 Valencia). When you arrive, just ring the bell and we’ll let you in.
We’ll take you to your room and show you how our facilities and services work. We’ll also send you an access link so that, during your booking, you can come and go as you like and open the door to your meeting guests.
It is important to note that the booking of the room only includes the use of that specific area. If any of your employees need access to other spaces, such as additional workstations or our soundproofed cabin, it is necessary to make a prior booking and pay the corresponding cost for the use of these additional spaces. We are here to help you with any additional bookings you may need.
Please bear in mind that the rooms are mainly intended for meetings and small events that don’t involve a lot of movement or noise. If you need to rearrange the tables, we’ll be happy to help, but please don’t take them out of the room. This keeps the space calm and pleasant for everyone.
Yes, you can bring outside catering into the room. We’ll provide water, glasses, sugar and stirrers. However, coffee is not included. There’s a Nespresso machine you can use, but the capsules are paid for by the customer.
The 8-hour passes (MARCO room, POLO room or booth) are valid for one month. You can spread the hours over different days, up to a maximum of 2 hours per day, and book them from your customer area.
