b) Not make any false or fraudulent reservations. If it is reasonably believed that a reservation or service has been made fraudulently, we reserve the right to cancel it and notify the appropriate authorities.
c) Provide your personal, contact, and/or billing details truthfully and accurately. You also consent to us using this information to contact you if necessary (see our Privacy Policy).
Failure to provide all the requested information during the booking process may result in us being unable to process your request.
By booking a meeting room or flexible desk through this website, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Visit the meeting room booking page and select the desired day, time, and room.
Complete the booking form and proceed to payment via the secure Redsys payment gateway.
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation, including the date, time, and room booked. If you do not receive the invoice, you can request it by writing to admin@llumcoworking.com.
Water is included with your booking. Coffee, milk, and catering services must be paid for separately at the time of booking.
Choose your preferred schedule: 5-hour sessions or full-day sessions.
Purchase 5, 10, or 22-day passes for recurring bookings. Passes include up to 2 hours of private cabin access for 5-day passes and up to 4 hours for 10-day passes. Passes are valid for three months from the purchase date.

You will receive a welcome email with your client portal login details.
From your client portal, you can view all your bookings, manage cancellations, or make future reservations. Please avoid overuse of this plan, limiting usage to approximately 8 hours per week. If misuse is detected, bookings may be canceled.
Clients must arrive at the coworking space at the scheduled start time of their reservation. Punctuality is important as the reservation time begins at the specified time, regardless of the client’s arrival. Late arrivals will not extend the reservation period or be refunded.
Clients must leave the facilities at the agreed time to avoid additional charges or disrupting subsequent users.
Once inside the facilities, an access link will be sent to open the door via Akiles, allowing clients to enter and exit freely within their reserved time. Sharing this link with third parties is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, the reservation will be immediately canceled.
Flexible members can access the facilities Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with reception hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and until 2:30 PM on Fridays. New fixed members must make their first visit during reception hours to receive an introduction and necessary information.
Games or activities that generate excessive noise are not permitted in meeting rooms.
The maximum occupancy is 8 people for the Polo Room and 10 people for the Marco Room. Exceeding this limit will result in reservation cancellation.
The facilities are monitored by cameras without sound recording, ensuring client privacy.
In flexible desks, video calls or phone calls are allowed as long as a moderate tone of voice is maintained. For more privacy, cabins can be booked for an additional cost or used if included in your pass.
Using communal areas such as the kitchen or dining area for calls or video calls is strictly prohibited.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
Changes to the date and time can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled reservation. Changes are not permitted with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Llum Coworking is not responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred during your stay at our facilities.
Invoices will be sent within 5 business days of receiving payment and are subject to applicable withholding and VAT regulations.
You expressly authorize us to issue invoices for our services electronically. If you prefer to receive a paper invoice, you may request it at any time. Paper invoices will be issued and sent free of charge unless they need to be sent outside Spanish territory. In such cases, you will need to arrange and cover the cost of collection from our offices, notifying us of the approximate day and time for pickup.
Llum Coworking reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on our website.
By making a reservation with us, you accept all the conditions outlined above.
The data provided during the booking process is used exclusively for billing and booking management through WooCommerce and Amelia. The entity responsible for handling the data is ARSAHE DESIGN SL, with its registered office at Calle Colón 10 puerta 13, 46004 Valencia, and CIF B16862393.
