NOTE: You can stay in our coworking from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm. However, the entrance must be done during reception hours, which is before 17:00 hours from Monday to Thursday and before 14:30 hours on Fridays.

How do I buy a per hour voucher?

Select the voucher that you’re interested in, click on «buy now». It will open a new window that will take you to our app. From there you can make your payment by credit card or Paypal.

After the purchase what do I do?

Once you have purchased an hourly voucher it is necessary to go to “HOT DESK” from your client area. Select a table on the date and time you need to reserve it.

If you book only one hour, this step is done automatically when you purchase the voucher.

How do I know if there are any available desks?

There is always availability as there is a lot of rotation in the flexible positions, but, for your peace of mind, you can check availability before buying the voucher at this link.

Can you talk on the phone?

Yes, it is an office environment and we all talk on the phone, all we ask is that you try not to raise your voice too much :).

In addition, if you prefer, you can use our soundproof booth, which is included in the 10-hour voucher or you can book it separately.

Can I use the phone booth?

Depending on the hour voucher you select, 1, 2 or 3 hours of soundproof booth will be included. If you need more, they can be purchased for 8€ hour + VAT.

I made a reservation for the desk, but in the end, I can't go.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled reservation: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation: No refunds will be issued.

Can I put my stuff on the table?

No, the difference between a flexible seat and a fixed seat is that the table you have reserved today may not be the same as the one you reserve on another day. Therefore, you cannot leave any belongings behind.
