It is important to note that the booking of the room only includes the use of that specific area. If any of your employees need access to other spaces, such as additional workstations or our soundproofed cabin, it is necessary to make a prior booking and pay the corresponding cost for the use of these additional spaces. We are here to help you with any additional bookings you may need.
It is important to note that the use of the room is mainly intended for meetings and small events that do not involve excessive movements or noise. . If you need to rearrange the tables to adapt the space to your needs, we will be happy to help, but we kindly ask you not to take the tables out of the room. This restriction guarantees a calm and respectful environment for all our users.
You can bring an external catering into our room. We will provide you with water, glasses, sugar and chopsticks at your convenience. However, it is important to note that coffee is not included in this service. We have a Nespresso machine for your use, but the cost of the capsules shall be covered by the customer.
The hourly voucher lasts for one month and gives you the flexibility to book both the MARCO and POLO rooms as well as the cabin directly from your customer area.
This option gives you the freedom to choose the space that best suits your needs on each occasion.
In addition, you can use the hours included in the bonus on different days or even on the same day, according to your needs and availability.
