In short: the MARCO room for up to 10 people (projector, whiteboard and views of the bullring; €22 + VAT per hour, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00) and the POLO room for up to 8 people (40″ TV and whiteboard; €18 + VAT per hour, Monday to Friday until 21:00, arriving by 18:00). 8-hour passes for €150 + VAT (MARCO) or €122 + VAT (POLO), valid for one month. Llum Coworking is the perfect choice if you’re looking for a meeting room to rent in central Valencia, with direct public transport links to the airport and the Renfe train stations, and all the comforts you want for your event.
The longer you book, the cheaper the hourly rate. You can also add catering and coffee. Water is included.
The POLO room can be used until 21:00 and the MARCO room until 18:00, Monday to Friday. You must always arrive before 18:00, during reception hours (Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 and Fridays until 14:30). During your booking we send you an access link so you can come and go as you like and open the door to your meeting guests.

- Fill in the booking form and pay by card through the secure payment gateway provided by Redsys.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details, including the date, time and room. If you don’t receive the invoice, you can request it by writing to admin@llumcoworking.com.
We’ll be delighted to welcome you. You’ll find us at Calle Colón 10, door 13. When you arrive, just ring the bell and we’ll be ready for you.
We’ll take you to the room you booked and give you a full explanation of our facilities and services.
Please note that booking the room only includes the use of that specific area. If any of your team need other spaces, such as extra desks or our soundproof booth, they must be booked in advance and paid for separately. We’ll be happy to help you with any extra bookings you need.
Please bear in mind that the room is mainly intended for meetings and small events that don’t involve a lot of movement or noise. If you need to rearrange the tables to suit your needs, we’ll be happy to help, but please don’t take the tables out of the room. This keeps the atmosphere calm and respectful for all our users.
You can bring outside catering into our room. We’ll provide water, glasses, sugar and toothpicks for your convenience. However, please note that coffee is not included in this service. We have a Nespresso machine you can use, but the cost of the capsules is paid by the customer.
