We have per hour vouchers adapted to all needs. In addition, you can have some good coffee, have a laugh and if necessary, we even give you a cinnamon pot to sprinkle whatever’s in your cup.

How do I buy a per hour voucher?

Select the desired workday: 5-hour workday or full-day workday.
You can purchase 5, 10 or 22 day bonuses for recurring reservations. The vouchers include up to 2 hours access to private cabins for 5-day vouchers and up to 4 hours for 10-day vouchers. Vouchers have an expiration date of 3 months from the date of purchase.
Proceed to make the payment through the Redsys secure payment gateway.
You will receive a confirmation email with the booking details. If you do not receive an invoice, you can request one by writing to admin@llumcoworking.com.

Can you talk on the phone?

Yes, it is an office environment and we all talk on the phone, all we ask is that you try not to raise your voice too much :).

In addition, if you prefer, you can use our soundproof booth, which is included in the 10-hour voucher or you can book it separately.

Can I use the phone booth?

Single day passes do not include soundproof cabin hours. If you buy a voucher, you will have 2, 4 or 8 hours of cabin time, depending on the type of voucher. If you need more time, you can buy additional hours for 10 €/hour + VAT.

I made a reservation for the desk, but in the end, I can't go.

It is important that if you are not coming, you cancel your reservation from your client area:

Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: No refund will be made.

Day and time changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation. No changes are allowed less than 24 hours in advance.

Can I put my stuff on the table?

No, the difference between a flexible booth and a fixed booth is that the table you have reserved today may not be the same as the one you reserve on another day. Therefore, no belongings can be left behind.

Can I try one day before deciding?

We do not offer a free trial day. However, if you decide to hire a day in a flexible position and finally stay with us at a fixed desk, we will deduct the amount paid for the flexible position from your first invoice as a fixed member.

Can I book more than one desk with the same voucher?

No. To ensure that each person has their own space and that we can keep proper control of occupancy, each user must create their own account on the website and purchase their own voucher from our website.

If you come with colleagues, invite them to register (registration is free and very fast). Once registered, everyone will be able to choose their table and confirm the reservation from their client area.
