For our private offices, we require a minimum stay of 3 months. We do not ask for any deposit to guarantee the reservation of these spaces.
With the 10% discount, the minimum stay is one year.
We offer you the possibility to run your business from our facilities. In addition, we manage the reception of all your correspondence, including orders from Amazon or other suppliers. Even if you’re not at your post, we take care of collecting your correspondence for you, ensuring that you do not miss any important shipments.
When hiring a private office, we give you the opportunity to make unlimited use of either of our two rooms, in addition to the cabin, without any restrictions. The only requirement we ask is to avoid abusive use to ensure that all coworkers can access these shared spaces.
You can access our space at any time using our mobile application or by entering a code at the door. In addition, we provide a remote to activate and deactivate the alarm to ensure the security of our facilities.
This flexible access gives you the convenience of working your own hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We offer a 10% discount on the monthly fee of all our offices if you sign a one-year commitment contract.
The office has a 1 GB WiFi network and each office has a network socket to connect to the Internet via cable.
Of course. You can modify the decoration of your private office as much as you want. We only ask that you do not damage the furniture provided by the coworking and that, at the end of the stay, the office is returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered.
Whenever you give us permission, we will announce you on our website as collaborators or as users of Llum Coworking. In addition, we will place a plaque on the entrance door to the coworking and on your own office door so that everyone who passes by our offices knows that you are there.
