Llum Coworking is the perfect choice if you’re looking for a meeting room for rent in downtown Valencia, with direct connections to the airport and Renfe train stations via public transportation, and with all the amenities you need for your event.
The longer you book for, the cheaper the hourly rate. You can also add catering and coffee services. Water is included.
You may use your room until 9:00 p.m., provided you check in during reception hours: Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Fridays until 2:30 p.m. If you’ve visited before, we can send you a link for unrestricted access outside of reception hours.

Room bookings will not be available from 1 to 31 August. During this period, only permanent tables and offices may be booked.

What services our meeting rooms in valencia include
- Hold your meetings Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Marco Room) or until 9:00 p.m. (Polo Room).
- We are located in Calle Colón, in the heart of Valencia.

- We have cameras and alarms for your peace of mind.

- Go to the meeting room reservation page and select the desired date, time, and room.
- Fill out the reservation form and proceed to make your payment by credit card through the secure payment gateway provided by Redsys.
- You will receive a booking confirmation email with the details, including the date, time, and selected room. If you do not receive the invoice, you can request it by emailing admin@llumcoworking.com.
We’d be delighted to welcome you to our facility. We’ll be waiting for you at the following address: 10 Colón Street, Door 13. Once you arrive, just ring the doorbell, and we’ll be ready to welcome you.
We will show you to your reserved room and provide you with a detailed explanation of our facilities and services.
It is important to note that the room reservation only includes the use of that specific area. If any of your employees need access to other spaces, such as additional workstations or our soundproof booth, you must make a reservation in advance and pay the corresponding fee for the use of these additional spaces. We’ll be happy to assist you with any additional reservations you may need.
Please note that the room is primarily intended for meetings and small events that do not involve excessive movement or noise. If you need to rearrange the tables to adapt the space to your needs, we’ll be happy to help, but we ask that you do not take the tables outside the room. This restriction ensures a quiet and respectful environment for all our users.
You may bring in outside catering to our venue. We will provide water, cups, sugar, and toothpicks for your convenience. However, it is important to note that coffee is not included in this service. We have a Nespresso machine available for your use, but the cost of the capsules will be borne by the customer.
