These Terms will remain published on the website, available to the USER to reproduce and save as confirmation of the contract, and may be modified at any time by the PROVIDER. It is the USER’s responsibility to read them periodically, as the Terms in force at the time an order is placed will apply.
Contracts are not subject to any formalities, except in the cases expressly set out in the Spanish Civil and Commercial Codes and in this or other special laws.
By accepting this document, the USER confirms that they:
These Terms are valid indefinitely and apply to all contracts made through the PROVIDER’s website.
The PROVIDER states that it is a responsible business, is aware of current legislation and reserves the right to modify the Terms unilaterally, without this affecting the terms and conditions implemented before the modification.

Purpose of the contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale between the PROVIDER and the USER from the moment the USER ticks the corresponding box during the online contracting process.
This contractual relationship involves the provision of a specific service in exchange for a set price, publicly displayed on the website.
Correction of data
If the USER identifies errors in the data published on the website or in the documents generated by the contractual relationship, they may report them to direccion@llumcoworking.com so that ARSAHE DESIGN S.L can correct them as soon as possible.
The USER can keep their data up to date by accessing their user account.
Contracting procedure
To access the services offered by the PROVIDER, the USER must be of legal age and register on the website by creating a user account. To do so, the USER must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data requested, which will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD) on the protection of personal data, as detailed in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of this website.
The USER will choose a username and password, undertaking to use them diligently and not to make them available to third parties, and to inform the PROVIDER of their loss or theft or of any possible access by an unauthorised third party, so that the PROVIDER can block them immediately.
Once the user account has been created, and as required by Article 27 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the contracting procedure will follow these steps:
1. General contracting clauses
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, placing an order with the PROVIDER implies the USER’s acceptance of these legal terms. No condition set by the USER may differ from those of the PROVIDER unless it has been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by the PROVIDER.
2. Activation of services
The PROVIDER will not activate any service until it has confirmed that payment has been made.
As orders do not involve the physical delivery of any product, and the services contracted are downloaded or activated directly from the website, the PROVIDER will inform the USER in advance of the procedure to follow for this download or activation.
Non-performance of the distance contract
In the case of a service, it will be available from the moment the USER has paid for it and may be downloaded or activated in accordance with the PROVIDER’s conditions.
If the contract does not involve the physical delivery of a product but the activation of a download on a website, the PROVIDER will inform the USER in advance of the procedure to follow for this download.
If the contract cannot be performed because the service contracted is not available within the expected time, the USER will be informed of the lack of availability and will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund of the full amount paid at no cost, without the PROVIDER being liable for any damages as a result.
In the event of an unjustified delay by the PROVIDER in refunding the full amount, the USER may claim payment of double the amount owed, without prejudice to their right to be compensated for any damages suffered in excess of that amount.
The PROVIDER will not be liable if the service cannot be downloaded or activated because the data provided by the USER is false, inaccurate or incomplete.
The service will be considered provided once the USER has downloaded or activated it.
3. Right of withdrawal
Withdrawal form: https://llumcoworking.com /formulario-solicitud-desistimiento.pdf
The USER has fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, or from the conclusion of the contract in the case of a service, to exercise the right of withdrawal, as regulated by Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, RDL 1/2007). If the PROVIDER fails to comply with its duty to provide information and documentation on the right of withdrawal, the period for exercising it will end twelve months after the expiry of the initial withdrawal period, in accordance with Article 105 of RDL 1/2007.
